Our semi-private training sessions optimize the value of our sessions by having four people train at once with a professional trainer. Sessions are designed to keep all four participants working the entire time by focusing on opposing muscle groups in an organized manner. Every workout is carefully and ergonomically designed to maximize the effectiveness of resistance training to build muscle, create bone density, and strengthen tendons and ligaments.

Group training classes welcome up to 15 participants in classes that promote strength training, cardio activities, and/or stretching. Class types include Athletic Stretch, Barremax, Pound, Strength Circuit, Tabata, HiLo, and Metabolic Conditioning.
