Tom and LeAnna Sheehan are dedicated fitness professionals with a deep passion for health and wellness. Since 2006, their full-service fitness studio has been a cornerstone of the community, helping clients of all ages achieve peak levels of strength, mobility, and vitality.

Semi-Private Personal Training (4:1 Ratio)
