Semi-private Personal Training

Sheehan Personal Training optimizes the value of our sessions by having four people train at once with a professional trainer.

Our model of semi-private training has proven to be a successful alternative to traditional one-on-one training. Sessions are designed to keep all four participants working the entire time by focusing on opposing muscle groups in an organized manner. Every workout is carefully and ergonomically designed to maximize effectiveness of the resistance training to build muscle, create bone density, and strengthen tendons and ligaments. Camaraderie and friendships created are a great side effect!


Group Fitness Training

Group training classes welcome up to 15 participants in classes that promote strength training, cardio activities, and/or stretching. Class types include Athletic Stretch, Barremax, Pound, Strength Circuit, Tabata, HiLo, and Metabolic Conditioning.

Our group fitness classes are open to everyone at any age or fitness level. Our instructors are fully trained to offer modifications to movements as needed, including anyone with special orthopedic concerns.

Cardiovascular fitness training

Do you feel like you have plateaued in terms of weight loss and fitness level? Have you been shown how to use a heart rate monitor to escalate your metabolism and ensure increased calorie burn hours after you are done?


Single Coaching Call - $97

Our coaching call will consist of exploring Your Why - why did you decide on making this change? We’ll also review your intake form, so that we have a better understanding of your current state and general health. You will become familiar with the basics of sugar burners VS fat burners and learn about ketosis – how it works, how to measure ketones in your body and track blood sugars.

Additionally, there will be a concept breakdown on abstaining vs moderating with food choices and macronutrient needs while adjusting into the Keto diet. This stage can include what many people refer to as “Keto flu” – fatigue and sluggishness – as well as ways to combat this feeling via hydration & electrolytes.

Last but not least, we will focus on hormonal healing through insulin control, thyroid management, leptin & ghrelin – hunger signals – intermittent fasting & meal planning/journaling.
