Group Training 

Group training classes welcome up to 15 participants in classes that promote strength training, cardio activities, and/or stretching. Class types include Athletic Stretch, Barremax, Pound, Strength Circuit, Tabata, HiLo, and Metabolic Conditioning.

Our group fitness classes are open to everyone at any age or fitness level. Our instructors are fully trained to offer modifications to movements as needed, including anyone with special orthopedic concerns. 

Our wonderful community of women and men will both cheer and support you as you take strides to improving your health. You may even make some new friends along the way!

Participation Level (Packages)

Group classes are included at no additional charge to our personal training clients. If opting to take group classes without personal training sessions, we offer participation packages as follows: 

Finite Group Packages

  • 1 Single drop-in group class

  • 5-Pack of group classes

  • 10-Pack of group classes 5-

Unlimited Monthly Group Packages

  • 3 months of unlimited group classes

  • 6 months of unlimited group classes

  • 12 months of unlimited group classes
