As the start of the fall season approaches, it is time to get back into gear and embrace a healthier lifestyle for September! Many people tend to make New Year's resolutions in January related to getting fit or losing weight. However, studies have shown that resolutions made at the start of the year are often broken within weeks or months. This is why we believe it's time to begin your fitness journey in September, instead of waiting until the New Year.

As we age, our bodies become less resilient and more prone to injury, making it important to find a trainer who understands your individual needs. Our trainers have decades of experience, and will keep you safe while we work to increase your strength, bone density, mobility, and endurance.

Staying fit is not only important for physical health, but also mental and emotional wellbeing too. Starting a fitness regime in September can help you stay motivated by providing structure before the holiday season begins. If you have already been exercising, focus on setting new goals or challenging yourself to go further.
