And I challenge anyone to claim they do if they are working to their full potential.  Running, cardio training, resistance training, and classes suck!!!  So what is there to love?  The love comes in what we experience when it is over.  The endorphins and other natural opiates flowing through our system and making us feel unstoppable.  I love the fact that I am less hungry because my body is using oxygen to burn fat.  I love being able to wear clothes that don’t have to hide anything.  This is TRUE LOVE of working out and this is what keeps bringing me back to get through the horrendous experience of an intense cardio and weight training session.</image:caption>
