Neural Re-conditioning for Weight Loss
The Power of Our Thoughts
Did you ever wonder why it is so difficult to stick to a diet? Maybe you have accomplished many things in your life, and you think with a little persistence and willpower, you will be able to attain what you believe is your perfect body. It sounds like it should be fairly easy right? Wrong. If it was easy, 70% of Americans would not be overweight, and we would not be living in one of the unhealthiest nations in the developed world.
The United States now spends over $8000 per person annually for health care, and we continue to get sicker and fatter. With so many people spending billions upon billions on diets and exercise programs, why aren’t we succeeding?

There is a statistic that 95% of diets fail, but is that really accurate? Is it really the diets that fail, or is it the people that fail by not adhering to the diet. My guess is that it is the latter. I also think that it is not the person’s fault for failing, but rather the fact that merely trying to assume new eating habits without changing the way we think is a recipe for failure.
Habits are 10,000 times more powerful than desires. We may have what seems to be an intense desire to get healthy and in shape, but the habits and beliefs we have developed over the years are much more powerful than the desire to change them. Think of some of the beliefs we have been conditioned to think as true:
- · Most diseases are genetic
- · You can always get a pill to cure most ailments
- · If a certain food was unhealthy, it would be illegal
- · It’s OK to eat fast food “once in a while”
- · It’s healthy to have a little meat on your bones

Think of how many times you have attempted to lose weight, and when you try to make good eating decisions, someone will unintentionally sabotage you by making a comment that changes your thinking. An example would be a spouse who comments that “I love you just the way you are,” or someone serving food saying “you shouldn’t have to deprive yourself.” These are comments that reinforce your old way of thinking and keep you trapped in the same old behavior with the same old habits that have grown through constant repetition.
Conscious versus Non-Conscious Mind

It is estimated that over 80% of our brain mass is devoted to the function of our non-conscious mind. Of this percentage, this part of your brain control 96 – 98% of your perception and behavior. To put the power of the non-conscious mind into perspective, consider these facts:
Non-conscious mind – neurons or electrical charges travel over 100,000 miles per hour
Conscious mind – neurons travel 125 miles per hour
Non-conscious mind – There are between 10 and 400 billion chemical reactions going on at any given second
Conscious mind – There are between 2 and 2000 chemical reactions going on at any given second
The human body consists of between 75 and 100 trillion cells, and every thought that we have alters them in a positive or negative manner, depending on the thought. Think of how powerful it would be if we could impact these trillions of cells to create the healthy and attractive body that we desire. The way we impact these cells is to train our non-conscious or subconscious minds to develop new patterns of behavior that become permanent and create new beliefs and habits that are permanent.
Neural Conditioning
If anyone has read The Secret or any of the current popular law of attraction books, they will understand the premise that “we get what we think about.” The problem with most people though is that they think more about the negative aspects of their life than the positive. If one is overweight, they think more about how uncomfortable it is to be overweight than to actually think and visualize what it would be like living in their perfect body. This is a direct result of the old habits and beliefs consciously being 10,000 times more powerful than the desire to change it. What we do is help you start to recondition the vastly more powerful subconscious mind so that you start to re-condition these patterns and develop new ones which will help you succeed.
We have taken a very powerful self-hypnosis program and developed a neural file that will assist you in taking control over your health and weight. When used consistently and properly, this file will slowly re-wire the neurons that exist in your brain to create solid new beliefs and habits that will last a lifetime. The non-conscious mind does not know the difference between a truth or a lie, real or imagined, but takes the information that is impressed upon it and acts to make this information a reality.
The mp3 file that we provide in the Guru Nutrition program is one of the components that will lead you to your goal.
