Private Personal Training
This is one-on-one training which will be conducted by Tom or one of our professional trainers and will consist of 45 minute sessions.
Sessions will be held by schedule and will include resistance training with a functional focus with attention to any injuries or areas of concern.
All sessions will be completed in our private training room where it is just the trainer and you. Sessions will be scheduled in advance and will require a 24 hour notice to cancel.
